On the 20th of February 2025 Venice School of Management (VSM) will host a paper development workshop meant to analyze the different streams of research developed by the network of scholars mobilized around the Yunus Social Business Center (http://unive.it/yunus) via the PRIN project Match.
Held both online and in person, the workshop is meant to identify and discuss the different angles adopted by the different researchers members of the PRIN project (e.g., Valentina De Marchi, ESADE and UniPD), of the YSBC (e.g., Francesco Rullani, VSM) and visiting VSM to conduct their research ( Stefano Ponte, CBS, and Simone Carmine, IESEG) on tensions manifested in organizations and supply chain between the economic and the socio-environmental dimensions. A good occasion to exchange knowledge and progress in our understanding of how to reach a balance—and possibly synergies– across these dimensions, avoiding mission drift and “washings” of various kinds.
